Private by default
Personal meal logs, body measurements, biometrics, progress photos, recommendations, and account settings are protected behind sign-in. They are not included in the public sitemap and are blocked from search crawling.
Consent by data source
Nutrition records, biometrics, progress photos, and connected-device imports have separate consent boundaries. A future connection should not silently grant access to unrelated categories of data.
Source-aware records
Imported health and workout records preserve their original provider and measuring device where available. This supports deduplication and helps explain which data influenced a coaching recommendation.
Export and deletion
You can request an export of your account information and permanently delete account data through settings. Destructive actions require clear confirmation so they are not triggered accidentally.
Health guidance boundaries
Fitness Influx provides fitness and nutrition guidance, not diagnosis or medical treatment. People with medical conditions, a history of disordered eating, pregnancy, or other clinical needs should work with a qualified healthcare professional.
